Steffi has an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology and runs her own performance psychology consultancy business, alongside assisting us here at Centre10. She has a passion for performance and, as she still competes herself, she understands all too well the pressures put on athletes both by themselves and other people.
After graduating with a Psychology degree from Newcastle University in 2014 Steffi took a year out before embarking on an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of the West of England. It was during this time that she reconnected with Charlie, who had mentored her throughout her degree. This gave her a fascinating insight into performance psychology and really enhanced her view that optimal performance, in any walk of life be it sport or business, is the ultimate goal.
Steffi is registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is currently in the process of becoming a chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist.
During the summer Steffi can be seen out eventing her horse Clive at Novice level, and in the cooler months gets her thrills by open team chasing her Mum’s horse Charlie for the Kings Bounty Belles and Kemble Kick Ons.
