One-to-one sessions with Centre10

One-on-one sessions are a great way to engage with sport psychology that is entirely tailored to you.
Typically, the first session will include a thorough discussion about your sporting background, goals, ambitions as well as look at your strengths and areas you wish to improve. We will then work with you to create and progress through a development plan. Subsequent sessions will involve discussion, feedback and practical exercises.
We aim to offer you as much support as you need to build on-going positive working relationships with you. Learning new psychological skills (much like learning a new physical skill) takes considerable time and effort, so we aim to be there to support you all the way. We might set you homework between sessions, or summarise 'learning points' in a post-session summary you have the best opportunity to maximise what we are working on with you.
