Applied Psychology for Equestrian Coaches (APEC) Foundation is a 12-week online course, created and personally delivered by industry experts Charlie Unwin and Sarah Huntley.
It is open to coaches of all levels and designed to give you a broad grounding in performance psychology.
As the only online course of its kind, and entirely online, it is also ideal for equestrian coaches based outside of the UK.
It will leave you feeling confident to integrate the fundamentals of mental training into your coaching, which will transform the way you work with riders of all levels.

The course begins with a live session on Monday 4th March at 7.30pm, with content released the next morning and every subsequent Tuesday morning. Course content stays available throughout the programme so you can work through it in your own time.
